This is available for INSTANT DIGITAL DOWNLOAD to be printed at home on a filament printer without supports. All Organiser versions include the ability to hold 45 Train Cars and up to 12 playing cards (fewer cards if sleeved). (if you are not sure which you want then I suggest you print the one with Nameplate, Stations and ScoreMarker so that you have them if you want them later without having to re print) There are 2 Player Organiser zip files - one with and the other without a Name Plate. The name plate is designed to be used by printing off a list of Stations or Job Titles on to photo paper then cutting out and sticking onto the front of the name plate. There's a template included for this as a PDF document with a selection of Stations and Job Titles. There is also an open document file that you can edit with Libre Office to create your own Stations or Job Titles or other text.
