Forest Shuffle Box Insert - Base + 3 Expansions

This insert holds the base Forest Shuffle game plus Alpine, Woodland Edge, and Exploration expansions, every card sleeved. The clearing board, the scoring notepad, and a pen get their own dedicated spaces, and all four rulebooks stack on top. Even fully loaded, the lid sits flat with no lift.

The five card trays lift out for setup. At the end, they drop straight back into the frame.

The trays are not all the same height — two are shorter . Those two go in the frame slots closest to the pen slot, which leaves the notepad resting flat on top of them. Everything else sits at full height.

Sleeved cards and the pen go in first, the notepad rests on the two short trays, the clearing board covers the card bays, and the four rulebooks and reference sheets go on top. The lid closes flush.

We used 59×91 mm Gamegenic Standard American Matte sleeves — available as a 5-pack bundle ( https://www.amazon.com/Gamegenic-Sleeves-Standard-American-Bundle/dp/B08CJG1T8T ) or single packs of 50 ( https://www.amazon.com/Sleeves-Gamegenic-MatteStandard-American-Sized-Boardgame/dp/B084TMFSH2 ). Other same-sized or smaller sleeves fit fine too.

You need 307 sleeves total . A five-pack bundle plus one single pack of 50 usually covers it, since the packs tend to include a few spares. If you come up short, the reference cards can be left unsleeved without affecting the fit.

One print profile is included — 0.2 mm layer, 2 walls, 10% infill — about 4.2 h across 2 plates , single color.

• Bed adhesion: Take the usual precautions — this print runs close to the edges of the 256 mm plates, where adhesion can be a challenge
