Forget about perception rolls. In HeroQuest, when a Hero declares the action "I'm looking for secret doors" and you place this piece, the temperature at the table drops suddenly. The door has been found, but it's still closed.

It's time for doubt: what's behind it? A legendary treasure or three hungry Fimirs waiting for Zargon's next turn?

Why this piece is crucial:

The Terror Placeholder: Replaces the normal wall as soon as the quest is successful. It serves as a reminder to players that their destiny is only one inch away plastic.
Slide Joint: Specially designed to slide into the Modular Board effortlessly. It slips in place of the standard wall with a precision that Morcar would approve.
Goodbye Flat Dowels: No more that piece of cardboard that moves as soon as someone sneezes. This door has the solidity of a real prison and the texture of ancient stone.
